Terms & Conditions - the basics
The terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by Blissful Sole Wellness. The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors, or you the customer, while they visit or engage with this website. The T&C are meant to establish the legal relationship between the site visitors and Blissful Sole Wellness.
By booking or receiving services from Blissful Sole Wellness (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not book or receive services.
Blissful Sole Wellness provides mobile spa services including reflexology, massage-related techniques, and professional skin care treatments (“Services”). Services are non-medical in nature and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. For medical concerns, you should consult a licensed medical professional.

Booking & Rescheduling

All appointments must be booked via our online booking system, Instagram direct message, or by email/phone.

Bookings are confirmed when you receive a confirmation message or email from Blissful Sole Wellness.

We may require a deposit to confirm certain bookings, packages, group bookings, or special-event services. Deposit amounts and deadlines will be communicated at time of booking.

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked service price (or the amount of any non-refundable deposit).

No-shows or missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the booked service price.

If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened so the next appointment can begin on time. You will be charged for the full scheduled service.

If the practitioner is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible and may offer to shorten, reschedule, or refund the appointment at our discretion.

Service fees are generally non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue. We may offer a re-service, credit, or partial refund depending on circumstances.

Retail products purchased through Blissful Sole Wellness may be returned unopened and unused within 14 days for an exchange or credit toward your next service, unless otherwise specified and where permitted by applicable law.

Full service fees are due at the time of service or via the booking system prior to the appointment unless otherwise agreed.We accept payments through Wix Payments and other supported processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
Payment processing is handled by those providers; Blissful Sole Wellness does not store full credit card numbers on site. Wix Payments is PCI DSS compliant.
Mobile Service Requirements & Client Responsibilities
For mobile appointments in a private home or other location, the client is responsible for providing:

A safe, clean space with adequate room for a massage table or chair;

Reasonable access and parking for the practitioner;

A stable surface and appropriate lighting; and
-
A quiet environment free from unsupervised children or animals during treatment.
The client must inform the practitioner of any hazards or access issues prior to the service. Blissful Sole Wellness reserves the right to cancel or refuse service if the location is unsafe or unsuitable.

Health Disclosure, Contraindications & Informed Consent

You must complete a client intake form and disclose relevant health information, medications, allergies, recent surgeries, skin conditions, or pregnancy. This information is required to deliver safe and appropriate care.

Based on disclosures or observed contraindications, we may modify, postpone, or decline to provide Services for your safety. If treatment is declined or modified, fees may be adjusted at the practitioner’s discretion.

By booking, you confirm that you have disclosed accurate health information and consent to treatment.

COVID-19 & Communicable Illness Policy

If you are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness (fever, cough, vomiting, diarrhea, etc.), please reschedule and provide as much notice as possible. If you attend while ill, the practitioner may refuse service to protect clients and staff.

We follow public-health guidance and practitioner hygiene protocols for client safety.

Minors

Clients under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and require written parental consent before services are rendered. Some services (e.g., certain skin treatments) may not be suitable for minors and will be declined.

Parents/guardians are responsible for the minor’s conduct and for providing truthful health information.
Gift Cards, Packages & Promotions

Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law.

Packages have an expiry date if specified at purchase. Any remaining value after expiry may be forfeited unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Privacy & Data

We collect and process your personal and health information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with BC PIPA and PIPEDA as applicable. By booking you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your information for appointment management and safe service delivery.

Our website and booking system are hosted on Wix. Wix implements industry security standards (SSL/TLS, PCI DSS, ISO certifications) to protect data.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blissful Sole Wellness’s liability for any claim arising from or related to Services shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the particular service in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blissful Sole Wellness, its owner and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your failure to disclose medical conditions, from negligence in your environment, or from improper conduct.

We do not accept liability for pre-existing medical conditions, undisclosed allergies, or complications arising from such conditions.

Refunds, Complaints & Dispute Resolution
