Refund Policy

Blissful Sole Wellness (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to providing high-quality reflexology, skin care, and mobile spa services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are provided for cancelled bookings and unused products, and how refunds are processed when a client cancels a session through our online booking system powered by Wix Bookings.

By booking services with Blissful Sole Wellness, you agree to this Refund Policy and its integration with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Cancellation Window & Refund Eligibility
  • If you cancel your booked session at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, the payment you made through Wix Bookings is eligible for a refund or credit, subject to the terms below.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee (such as 50% of the session cost), and only the remaining portion (if any) is refundable or held as a credit.

  • No-shows (failure to attend without cancellation) are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Your booking confirmation email shows the specific cancellation rules that apply to your service, as defined by our Wix Bookings policy.

 

*Clients must initiate cancellation before the defined deadline via the link in their confirmation email or by logging into their account on our site.

Refunding Process

When a session is cancelled in Wix Bookings and a refund is permitted:

  • We manually process the refund through our Wix Payments or payment provider dashboard. Wix does not issue automatic refunds when a client cancels; the practitioner/administrator must complete the refund.

  • Refunds are issued to the same method used for payment (e.g., credit card).

  • A refund may take 5–10 business days or longer depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Cancellation fee: Charged when cancellation occurs within the non-free window.

  • No-show fee: Charged when you do not attend the appointment and do not cancel.

​Both fees may be defined as a fixed amount or a percentage of the service price within the Wix Bookings policy settings.

Services Already Provided:

Once a service has been fully rendered (the practitioner has completed the appointment), the session is non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued due to preference, expected outcomes, or dissatisfaction once services are completed. You may contact us with concerns, and we may, at our discretion, offer a credit or other accommodation.

Packages

​

  • Prepaid packages, and credits are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by law.

  • Expiry dates (if specified) are binding; unused value after expiry may be forfeited.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in legal requirements, booking practices, or Wix platform capabilities. The most current version will be posted on the website with an updated “Last Updated” date.
